Restore Previous Session Tab Browsing in Safari

I've not really used the Safari web browser since installing it ages ago but one of the first things I noticed is that Safari doesn't have is an automatic way of opening the previous browsing session and restoring the tabs that were last opened.

You can achieve by pressing "ALT+i, then press o" which is equivalent to Selecting the History menu and selecting Reopen All Windows From Last Session. You just need to get into the habit...

Not sure if the keyboard shortcuts work on Mac OSX but they do on Windows.
